In March 2019 I started faithfully putting on the whole armor of God before going to bed (post: Pajama Armor). Two months later I wrote this.
Now I always wake up thinking about Scripture, and my first words on waking up are nearly always, “Thank You, Father!” My sleep is truly blessed and sweet!

My sleep since March 2019 has been peaceful, until very recently. I decided I need to increase my prayer for good, peaceful sleep before going to bed. I will pray some or all of these Scriptures before retiring.
