A couple years ago the Holy Spirit convicted me to change how I post on social media.
Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen.

Some of my replies to people I disagreed with were sarcastic and snarky, and that didn’t make God happy.

Jesus said people would know we are His disciples by how we love each other, but many of my replies did not show love.

So I changed how I post, and now I always try to show love.

“False Teachers”
If someone posts something that I believe is contrary to solid Bible teaching, I might reply once or at most twice with appropriate Scripture. For example, if someone teaches Once-Saved-Always-Saved I may post this text I have saved in a file.
19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith.
